1. Auction Platform: The Cattlemen's Connection serves as an online platform connecting buyers and sellers in the cattle industry. We act solely as an intermediary and do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of the cattle listed on our platform.
2. Buyer-Seller Relationship: The Cattlemen's Connection LLC facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. The relationship regarding the purchase, sale, and condition of the cattle is exclusively between the buyer and the seller. Any disputes or issues must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties: The Cattlemen's Connection LLC does not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the health, quality, or condition of the cattle listed on our platform. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, inspections, and assessments before making a purchase.
4. Bidding and Purchase: Bidders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bids. Once a bid is placed and accepted, it constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer and the seller. All sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be issued.
5. Payment: Buyers are required to fulfill their financial obligations promptly within 5 business days. Payment terms and methods are outlined in the specific auction listing. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
6. Inspection and Transportation: Buyers are encouraged to inspect the cattle before making a purchase. The transportation of purchased cattle is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified in the auction listing.
7. Compliance with Laws: All users of The Cattlemen's Connection platform must comply with local, state, and federal laws governing the sale and transportation of livestock. The Cattlemen's Connection LLC is not responsible for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.
8.  Platform Integrity: Users agree not to engage in any activities that may compromise the integrity of The Cattlemen's Connection platform, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access, or the spread of malicious software.
9.  Amendments to Terms: The Cattlemen's Connection LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Termination of Account: The Cattlemen's Connection LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms and conditions or any other suspicious or inappropriate activities.
